Answer
Hello Samantha!
having younger sibilings can be hard sometimes. When my little sisters were small we had a lot of problems, but the real problem was that I wouldn't know who to handle the cituation. I realized that I needed to get their respect first. Try to find games you can play with them. Have a talk with your mom about it. You can also do different activities with your older sibiling you can read them a book or tell them stories. I know that it might be a little fustrating now, but I'm sure that they'll become more mature over time. Right now just enjoy them because before you know it they'll be all grown up.
  My best wishes for you
