Expert: Keld - 9/11/2010

Hello I'm a 15 year old male living in Australia, my sister (also 15) has always been on my back about anyone i have ever gone out with. She has often said that she would 'kill' her friends if they went out with me, but i have been told that she wasn't being serious. I recently started going out with her best-friend and since then she has been a huge pain and wont let me do anything around her while i'm there. I recently read her text message to this friend on her phone and found that they found my attitude annoying, or the way i react to my sister selfishness. i understand that her friend is on her side in the subject but neither of them in anyway see that she is doing something wrong. My mum notice that i was getting angrier and angrier and forced me to talk to her about it. I then felt that she might of taken it in wrongly and then she said that she would talk to her about it, and since then it seems to of gotten worse. Now i really like this girl but it seems like i really annoy her. Do you have any advice to help fix the situation i'm in and get my sister off my back about the things i do, because i would really appreciate it.

 Yeah it's hard to see your brother date, especially since you guys are the same age. That jealous wagon always arrives no matter what, but it's natural. She is your sister, but she'll learn with time that you have to be happy. Really talk to your sister make sure she knows that she is important to you to and no matter what she is always going to be you favorite girl (even if you don't mean it, that will give her confidence.
