Question
Can my 15 pound dog be taken into these parks on ANY trails or into the campgrounds?  Are there acceptable kennels in the areas?

I understand the need for evidence of healthy condition may be required.

Thanks

Generally, the National Park Service restricts dogs to paved areas such as parking lots and campgrounds. Animals must be on a six foot leash. Dogs are not allowed on NPS trails (see below for Zion exception).

Arches National Park
Dogs are not allowed on the trails or in the backcountry

Bryce Canyon National Park
Dogs are not allowed on the trails or in buildings

Zion National Park
Pets are not allowed on the shuttle buses, in the backcountry or in public buildings.
The ONLY trail that pets may be walked on is the Pa'rus Trail, but be courteous to walkers and bicycle riders.

There are no kennel services within 80 miles of Bryce.
