Hi,

Do you believe that Buddha did miracles like walking on water etc... If he did we can also do them right? I feel like I am destined to help millions of people and I was just wondering...

Hi Bernard,

From the text, the Buddha performed more fantastic miraculous acts than just walking on water.  

You mean to say that you can walk on water?  

If you feel that way, then go ahead and help the millions of people.
It is indeed a great blessing if your destiny is such.

I was brought up in the 50's as a Buddhist. For the past 40 years I have read numerous books on Buddhism and listened to numerous talks on Buddhism by well-respected and learned monks and lay teachers. I conduct Buddhist classes for parents of Sunday School children in a Theravada Buddhist Temple. My teacher was the late Chief Reverend, The Ven.
