Question
Hello. Can you tell me the meaning with any with any descriptions of the "deathless state"?Is "pure awareness"transcendental to birth and death? Thanks,Tom

Answer
Hello Tom,

If you google '"deathless state" buddhism' you will find a lot of information about this belief in popular Buddhism. I myself do not adhere to such beliefs. You might wish to have a look at our Advayavada Buddhism website. There is a Picosearch device at the bottom of each page. Search e.g. for our remarks about rebirth, skandhas, karma, etc.

Kind regards,
Advayavadananda.
