Question
Sorry, I just asked a question but I think I can make it more clear.
Evolutionists believe that we are all related to two people who lived between two and five thousand years ago.
Creationists believe that we are all related to Adam and Eve.
Taoists believe that we all come from the Wu Chi, thus one could argue again that we are all related.
Most every belief system suggests that we are all related.
What about Buddhism?

Thanks,
Rick

Answer
Hi Richard,

Your questions look the same to me.

My earlier answers still apply.

Just to make some comments since you are here again.

To me, it is not logical to believe that we came from only two persons.  Then we have to make up more stories to substantiate this naive postulation, in order to tie up loose ends/loop holes like why the different races, the different areas of civilizations, and even today why there are still primitive people.

The creation theory sets itself an unanswered question.  If there is such an entity creating this and that, then who created this entity?

As for Buddhism, The Buddha stated that existence had no beginning nor ending.  It is a perpetual cycle of formation, evolution, dissolution and finally destruction.  And the cycle starts all over again...ad infinitum!!

Have a nice day, take care.
