| Comment | With reference to your answers, its seem that you are a stern follower of Theravada teaching and you seem to have a inferior acceptance of the Mahayana teaching. As for my question that I asked, it does not answer to what I wanted to know. It seem that I may not have approched the correct "adviser". I was brought up in the 50's as a Buddhist. For the past 40 years I have read numerous books on Buddhism and listened to numerous talks on Buddhism by well-respected and learned monks and lay teachers. I conduct Buddhist classes for parents of Sunday School children in a Theravada Buddhist Temple.
