I am interested to stay in a forest monastery in Malaysia but not sure where. I once went to Suan Mokh in Thailand and was very impressed with the place. I am wondering if there is something similar in Malaysia.

Hi Yong,

I presume that you are a Malaysian.  

To the best of my knowledge, the place that fits your description would be the Sasanarakkha Buddhist Sanctuary.  This centre offers Malaysians the chance to become monks in the Theravada tradition. If you are active in the Buddhist community, you should know this centre.
