Question
Hi! I'm very curious to see what Buddhism achieves for its followers, any help answering these questions is greatly appreciated!

As a follower of Buddhism what, if any, daily routines or practices do you take part in?

What is your personal goal for achievement as a follower of Buddhism?

What have you personally gotten out of being a Buddhist?

Thanks a bunch!
