Question
I would like to learn how to meditate. Where should I start?

Answer
Hi Jason
You need to find a qualified teacher, to teach you.You can
not learn from a book.

Out of interest where do you live?

Best thing is to have a look around at Buddhist groups
in your area. I always say to people that you should do
your research, find out what is on offer. Really check them
out. Maybe visit their groups, talk to their students.
Make a short list of maybe five promising groups. Then
try each for 3 months at a time, until something clicks.

Remember meditation is something that you can use for your
whole life. So spend a lot of time picking something that
is genuine and suits you.
