Question
I followed your website on becomeing a Buddha. As i am now officially a Buddha, what do I do now? I live in a town in north Yorkshire, called Scarborough. There is nothing really for a Buddhist there. I'm only 14 so I do not wish to move for a place of worship. Could I just worship at home instead?

Answer
Hi Chloe,

Thank you for asking me.

A person who practices the teachings of the Buddha and take refuge in the Buddha is called a Buddhist.  So you are a Buddhist.  You can certainly "worship" at home.  Since you are a young person, I presume that you are still living with your parents.  If you want to "worship" at home, you must make sure that your parents are agreeable, otherwise you may have problems with them.  If they are not pleased with your practice, it's best that you practice with your heart and need not have to "demonstrate" your belief to them.

The best place to study Buddhism is to surf the internet.  You can start with the "mother" of all Buddhist web sites @  http://www.buddhanet.net/  From there you may be able to locate a temple near you.

Take care.  If you need more info, please come back.
