Question
Hi Justin
What would be the  practical aspects of Buddhism to live in peace with ourselves in this dangerous and unpredictable world? What do you need to practice everyday,to be a buddhist. To be able  say if your asked the question what is your practice or religion etc..
THANK YOU SO MUCH

Answer
Hi Julie-ann,

I don't why you changed my statement into a question.

Actually there is nothing much for us to practise in Buddhism, but how we learn the Buddha's teachings to accept life's vicissitudes and live a harmless life.  We create and aggravate a lot of problems when faced with problems. Even without problems, we will still create problems by our unfulfilled desires.  In short, if we can accept the world as it really is, and life as it really is, then we can learn to live with the problems.  At the same time to practise the Buddha's teachings to live a contented and harmless life.  In this way we can lessen our burden.

From here, if you have any further question please come back.

Take care.

Justin Choo.
