Buddhists/permanent and impermanent

Question
What are the permanent and impermanent things in our lives?

Answer
hi sheena
well according to Buddhist doctrine then all conditioned things
are impermanent. That is to say that everything that we can
conceive of is impermanent , and so is a source of disappointment
and suffering.
Maybe what is permanent is beyond concepts, beyond words, beyond hope and fear - and is what we really are. We project and look out
at the illusory world and take it as real - that is the nature
of samsara, our current condition. If we were to rest in our hearts
in our Buddha nature then, according to Buddhist doctrine we would
be at peace, free and in a state of bliss from where we could use
compassion and wisdom to help others too.
