Question
Hi John, I understand that Buddhist generally don't accept the idea of god, or a creation that has a beginning or an ending.  What then, according to Buddhist, is the purpose of the creation?

Answer
Hello Marc,

Creation and purpose go hand in hand, as do their opposites: no creation, no purpose. Why should there be a purpose other than living life itself? Be grateful for your 4,000 weeks of life here and now. Use them well, wisely and compassionately, following the wondrous course of nature.

Kind regards,
Advayavadananda.
