Question Hi, 2 of my family members committed suicide from which i got a lot of anxiety. because they had mental disorders, i got an intense fear of 'going crazy'. i have a fear of hallucinating, or creating some kind of split personality . i have dealt ok with these after telling myself they are just fears like other negative thoughts, but because these thoughts are still so strong, it makes me so tired a lot of the time i then fear falling into some sort of "coma", with my body just collapsing and my mind just "giving up"
Thank You for your help
Answer Hi Christine,
During this time of anxiety, it is best to seek "comfort" with caring friends, religious teachers, and family members who really care for you.
It is easy to provide "advice" or give "counsel" as "arm-chair" adviser. I shall not be one. The only suggestion I would venture to make is that you may like to take a holiday somewhere you like.
