Buddhists - patient endurance

Expert: Fahfuen2007 - 8/20/2009

Question
Hi, I know there are different schools of Buddhism with different views, but I have constant phsysical pain and I've been reading about the Buddhist idea of suffering.  I have come across the term Patient Endurance.  What is that?  anything you could say would be helpful.  Thanks

Answer
Sorry, I do not know the meaning of patient endurance. But i may have a solution to your pain. Try to meditate and focus your mind on the pain. Try to notice any relax feeling on the pain area. and then try to expand the relax feeling area out. Do it as often as you can. This may help.
