Question
What is the description Buddhists hierarchy?

Answer
Hello Ali,

All Buddhist schools and sects seem to have their own traditional leadership structure ideally based on seniority and merit. In the schools of Tibetan Buddhism they believe that their leaders are successively reincarnated. In Advayavada Buddhism we do not believe in any form of rebirth of the individual.

Kind regards,
Advayavadananda.
