Buddhists - Eternal Happiness

Expert: Stuart Resnick - 9/5/2009

Question
What then is Eternal Happiness?
How do I obtain it?
Can you provides with a diagram of Eternal Happiness?

Answer
"Eternal Happiness" is an idea. If you want "Eternal Happiness" for yourself, you'll suffer. If you don't want anything for yourself, then already everything is no problem.

The diagram of Eternal Happiness is to put down all ideas about getting something for yourself. Instead, clearly perceive the situation, right in front of you, in this very moment, and try to act in a way that's not just for yourself, but for everyone. Keep your mind like clear space; allow thoughts like Eternal and Happiness and "I want" to appear and disappear like clouds.
