Question
I am currently writing a dissertation on spirituality, prayer, meditation and academic achievement. I want to identify if the meditative practices of Buddhist children help them achieve higher level of academic achievement than those of other beliefs or of children who do not practice prayer, meditation or any religious beliefs. Do children of Buddhist have their own school. I have read about Soka University are Soka schools for children in K-12

I appreciate your response

Answer
Hi Cynthia,

Thank you for asking me, but I am unable to provide you the answer.

I think it's just like trying to research topic such as "Do Christian Children who pray alot achieve more?"

As for your last question, Buddhists around the world have different education systems depending on the country's education policy.  So you need to specify the country or countries.  I think if you are referring to your country, then I would know less than you.

Hope you can find the answer from other sources.

Take care.
