Hi Susan,

1. do you meditate daily? if so, how does this impact your daily life? what are some important aspects of daily meditation?
Very much would I like to meditate daily; but honestly I don't because of time constraint.  Buddhist meditation helps one to be more alert and mindful of things one does.

2. how do you think one can benefit from practicing Buddhism?
Becoming more tolerant, more compassion for life, and experience inner peace.

3. how has practicing Buddhism impacted your life?
To live a noble, contented and harmless life.

Experience

I was brought up in the 50's as a Buddhist. For the past 40 years I have read numerous books on Buddhism and listened to numerous talks on Buddhism by well-respected and learned monks and lay teachers. I conduct Buddhist classes for parents of Sunday School children in a Theravada Buddhist Temple. My teacher was the late Chief Reverend, The Ven.
