5. I watch my thoughts rise and go, but actually I don't think about anything while I am meditating.
6. It helps me understand the entire human race better. Thus, I become more understanding about human behaviors. I become less agitated, judgmental, or impatient towards others.
7. No, the great teaching about Buddhism is that as a Buddhist, I have to respect other religions and beliefs. I don't expect others to go by my own religion at all.
8. No. there are always causes and effects of everything happening. It's not only due to one single element or cause. Everything is related to one another with time, space, and matters. Thus, I don't judge others based on what they do, because the end result, a single fact/facts, or matters do not represent what things truly are or how/what others are.
