QuestionHello, I have a serious question that I want to ask that has been on my mind for years. Everyone I ask gives me a different answer, so I do not want to go so some live online chat where everyone will give me more different answers with no proof of what they say.
When I was a child (sometime before I was 6th grade) I was trying to fall asleep close to midnight but I was having a little insomnia. I was lying there looking out the window when I heard a deep mans’ voice come out of nowhere yet it was everywhere. I got very scared and hid under my blankets until I felt that the maker of the voice was gone, then I stuck my head out from the covers and tried to go back to sleep. Ever since then many have told me that it was God, Satan, an angel, or a demon, but they never really gave me proof. Sometimes I look back and I wished I knew what the voice wanted, yet hearing that voice at some points in my life with all of the hypocrites I have seen the voice was the only thing that kept me believing in God, because it was solid proof that something of the sort existed. My question is, what was the voice and what do you think it wanted?
AnswerTruth has already appeared, right in front of you, in this moment. Just now, what do you see, what do you hear, what are you doing? The best way to find clarity and direction in life is to attend to this just-now situation. It's a much much better guide than any voice you'll ever hear, regardless of who or what the voices come from.
