Question
I was invited to a spiritual welcoming for my great niece and was wondering since it did not seem that they are religious if maybe seeing as the grandmother is Asian if this may be a Buddhist ritual. Also someone said. and this may be spelled wrong, that it is line me.  I have many beliefs that include Buddhist but am unsure what would be appropriate.

Thank you in advance for any advice you may be able to give me in this matter.

Answer
Hi Laurie,

I am sorry I don't quite understand your question.

From what you wrote, I feel that it will be just a normal "party".  If you are asking for an appropriate present, then I would say buy a present that is meaningful/useful for the baby.

Hope this helps.
