Respect brother Justin Choo...
I would like to ask what you see when you enter in trance?how look that.Is that something like dream you walk somewhere...?or you just see only black because your eyes are close and you cant hear nothing around you because you are focus?I would like to know that because i meditate regular every day i belive in buddhism i start to love buddhism but i am christian-Orthodox i never loved my religion because I made ​​a cube in my mind with all religions,I follow Buddhism for several years i never loved my religion how much i love buddhism and i want to know when i go in trance what i must to do what i will see in trance?and i want to go in nepal country to become buddhist monk I want to dedicate a lifetime spiritual world,but i dont know what they do there? what eat?where sleep?what do all day how can i go there do i need citizenship how much money i must have to fly there?how to find Chief monk and to tell him i want to change religion and i want to stay like buddhist monk all life?...i want to go from this urban material world and to dress up like a Buddhist to find peace,welfare,answers about life I would like to enlighten and to go under a tree and meditate...Thanks on help brother...

Hi Lazar,

Going into a trance is not a Buddhist practice.  Buddhism is about contentment and inner peace, and living a peaceful and harmless life.

Buddhist meditation is about calming the mind and stilling the mind, and training the mind to stay focused.  

To be a monk in a foreign country is not that easy, especially when you are not familiar with the culture and language.  Right now you can still be a good Buddhist just by practising the teachings of the Buddha, without becoming a monk.

I suggest you get to know more about Buddhism before embarking on your spiritual journey.
