Question
Hello Bodhicitta! My name is Shailer, I live in New Hampshire and while I am a student researching Buddhism for a philosophy class, my interests stem beyond a mere assignment. I would like to know how you incorporate Buddhism into your daily life and also how it has helped you through some low points in your life. Do you think it has helped you to be a happier person in general? How do you use Buddhism to connect with other people? I am really looking forward to your insight!! Thank you!

Answer
Hi shailer
Buddhism is a path to awakening  for one self and others. It is  about being real, and true . If you move in that direction then low points are easier to ride, happieness arises from the heart, and you can more easily make connections with others. This is my experience. What is your experience, I would love to know?
