Buddhists/DHAMMA TALK FOR GHOSTS

Question
Dear Bodhicitta ,
According to one dhamma talk i listened recently , the speaker advised people to play dhamma talk by cassette / cd player at home at   night time  so that other beings (such as ghosts )  can have an opportunity to learn the Buddhism / DHAMMA . By doing so , we will actually gain merits because of the help we offer to those beings ( like ghosts ) who are in extreme suffering . The speaker also indicated that if we play this dhamma talk regualarly ,it will invite ghosts into our house but there are harmless . My questions is ,
IF I PLAY IT REGULARLY AND THEN DECIDED TO STOP IT ( FOR REASONS SUCH AS OVERSEA TRIP , FORGET TO PLAY IT FOR DAYS , CD PLAYER BROKE DOWN )  WILL THE GHOSTS COME TO DISTURB ME AND DEMAND ME TO CONTINUE PLAYING THE DHAMMA TALK ON A REGULAR BASIS ?

Answer
POH
I would concern yourself with learning dharma yourself first,
and then maybe consider your friends. Linking into the world
of ghosts maybe you leave that until you can see them and
know how they are responding?

Playing with ghosts that you have  no real idea about
seems a somewhat fruitless process?
