Hi I was wondering if you could help me in answering a few questions concerning buddhism.

1) How can one achieve Nirvana in Chaos - We live in big cities and so much is asked of us. So many worries so much to do.

2) Buddha claims everyone is recarnated. this may be true, but how does buddha know that? And if recarnation is true, then Buddha would be even wiser than before and would achieve Nirvana 24 hours

Please note that I speak for Advayavada Buddhism only.
I can answer your questions as follows: (1) one achieves Nirvana by following the Eightfold Path whatever the circumstances, and (2) we do not believe in reincarnation.
