Question
Hi,
I am transcribing a teaching. Regarding the first and eight mode of physical posture that Kamalashila prescribes for shamatha meditation(these eight modes being similar to the more usual seven point posture instruction). Both suggests gazing at space at the angle of the nose, but what is the difference?
Best regards,
Aksel
