If you like crystals, you can buy crystals, no problem. But if you want something, if you're attached to something, that causes suffering.

Don't depend on crystals, and don't depend on Buddhist teachers with fancy names. Only depend on your true self. That means: take up the great question, "What am I?" Find the clear, still mind that the great question points to. Then, moment to moment, respond to the situation right in front of you in a simple, clear, compassionate way.

You need NOTHING else.
