Question
I am searching for help.  I have been looking at the Tibet Buddhism for some time.  I was focused on the Dalai Lama, His Holiness has gained my complete worship.  How can I begin following his teachings and thus follow buddhism?

Answer
Hi Katrina
There are many books by the Dalai Lama and others you could
read. I would then recommend looking in your local area
for any Tibetan Buddhist centres where you could go and
learn meditation. My advise is take it slow and keep whatever
you do - connected to other people who are more experienced.
You can then obtain training over a number of years in the
real practice of Tibetan Buddhism.
Kind regards
