hello :), is buddhism about becoming a spirit in the between area of planes of existence? . is nirvana a joy or contentment rather than a place ,? how does zen differ from other forms of buddhism,? and if there are many forms which is true! is is it whatever suits you best as an individual?

there are many forms of japanese buddhism all part of
the mahayanaa or great vehicle schools.
