Question
i have a few buddhism books at home, is it allright that i put them on the floor on should i put them in somthing eltse or should i put a blanket over the floor then put the books on them?

Answer
Hi Tyson,

It doesn't really matter where or how you put them.  But as a matter of common sense and giving due respect to Dhamma books, put them in a more decent and respectful place.  Bookshelves should be good enough.

Please note that the Buddha taught peace and truth by understanding the 4 Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path.  Concentrate on following his teachings by reducing greed, hatred and delusion, and cultivate the mind to be alert and peaceful.
