Question
When you were meditating has a hurricane or tornado ever come and you had to stop or did you just keep meditating.
Dear Patrick,
I suppose you might find some fellows in history that would try to meditate through a hurricane or tornado but that wouldn't be too practical. If you died in the storm what would you have accomplished? Better to be healthy and keep meditating and striving then to be dead.
