Question
Hello Mr. Stuart!

Do you do any exercises to train your mind and concentration? What are they?
thanks

Answer
Mantra is a simple and effective way to concentrate the mind. Here's an example of something you can try. Sit still and silent, looking at the floor in front of you. On the in-breath, say to yourself "Clear mind, clear mind, clear mind." On the out-breath, repeat to yourself, "Don't Know." Whatever distracting thoughts appear, just let them go and return to the mantra.
