Question
Have you been re-incarnated before this life, if so did you enter another world before you were born again?

Thank you for asking me.
I wonder whether you realize that I am just an ordinary mortal like most people. As an ordinary person, I also have just an ordinary mind.
What I can do here, is to share with you the Buddha's teachings. The Budhha told us that what we are today is the result of what we were yesterday; and what we will be tomorrow will be the result of what we are today. In other words, our past actions from our past lives conditioned our present lives; and the actions of our present lives will condition our future lives.
There are 31 planes of existence which we may be reborn in. They are grouped into 6 main planes, namely, the heavenly life forms, humans, animals, ghosts, demons, and hells. We have been reborn countless times and chances are that we would have been reborn in most of these planes.

Experience
I was brought up in the 50's as a Buddhist. For the past 40 years I have read numerous books on Buddhism and listened to numerous talks on Buddhism by well-respected and learned monks and lay teachers. I conduct Buddhist classes for parents of Sunday School children in a Theravada Buddhist Temple.
