QUESTION: What do you mean by above-board?  Buddhism suggest that sexual misconduct is pretty bad.  Can you help me clear that?  thanks
ANSWER: Hello Henry,
In our opinion there is no misconduct or misbehaviour if the sexual activity is above-board i.e. honest vis-a-vis everybody concerned (which implies restraint), and consensual and safe. There is, by the way, additional information on the basic Buddhist precepts on our website: http://www.euronet.nl/~advaya/qanda.htm.

QUESTION: So, you mean if in a chat room where someone ask for my address and they have sex with me is okay.  I mean is it okay to have sex with different girls.  Does Buddha Skayumani prohibited that?  I am afraid of a misconduct which he emphasize is not to enganged sexual misconduct.  Can you tell me what is sexual misconduct anyway.  Is it adultery?

Answer
Hello Henry,
There is a lot of information about Advayavada Buddhism available on the Net. In my previous answer I indeed invited you to visit our website, particularly the QandA page. The precepts are mentioned several times. Note that when we say 'consensual' when we refer to the third precept it naturally also implies that the parties involved have reached the age of consent. If you read my previous answer more carefully, you will see too that I have already answered your question about adultery.
Kind regards,
Advayavadananda.
