Answer Hi Tom,
Welcome to the path of inner peace and happiness through realizing universal truths of existence. The journey is a long but rewarding one. The destination may be unreachable but the journey itself is a lesson in life. I think the best approach is to introduce you to relevent Buddhist web sites. Please take your time to go through them and I am sure you will be able to find your way. Should you need more information, please come back.
Have fun and be happy,
