Hello
I'm 20 years old girl looking for answers to my questions which is so many.....
my parents reliegion is Islam,but for me I'm lost and I don't know what to do,therefore I'd like to know every thing about buddhism as a biggener,specially the buddhist fast and meditation.I think I'm a person know nothings but believe in mind so hope to help me with this.

Buddhism is about awakening. awakening to the truth
of who we really are, what the mind really is and what the world really is. Meditation is the key.
