Budget Travel/Travel Website question

Question
A few months back, I stumbled across a website that allowed the user to input a departure city and a destination city and it would tell you the average price of air fare between the two cities for any given day. It did some sort of comparison of the prices that multiple discount sites were offering. It was very cool - you could look upto 1 year in the future to see if prices would be going up or down, check out "peak season" for a paticular destination, etc.
I wrote down the name of the website (I'd found it through a link on a news page) and have since lost it. I've spent the last two weeks googling like a crazy lady, trying to find the website and haven't come up with anything thus far...
I was hoping since you're a budget travel expert you might have heard of such a thing?

Thanks for your time!
Jen
