Budget Travel/Bank of America World Points Visa

Question
Hello,

Many of the Bank of America VISA Cards offer points known as
World points.  However, after racking up 50,000 of these, I
now realize they are worth MUCH LESS than flight miles with
a specific airline.

Do you know of any airline that will exchange Bank of
America World Points for flight miles with them?  Similar to
how Diner's Club points can be converted to British Airways
points (not sure if they still do that though).

Thank You so much for your advice!

Answer
hi citan..
excuse but i am on a european keyboard, somewhat different, now in pisa italy, free airline tickets of course.

Sorry but do not know of any airline that will do that. i checked points.com at least i think that is their name, they exchane points between airlines essentially doing just what you would like to do but they do not have b of a world points on their long list. Even if they did i once checked them out and their exchange rate was awful. as i recall if i had 10,000 united miles and wanted to change them to american airlines they gave something like 5000 miles in return so a 50 per cent loss. do not quote me on those exact numbers but i do recall the exchange rate was so bad i would never use them.

we have always recommended using american airlines, our favorite program and also diners club and for that matter as you noted amex the latter two both let you exchange their points for miles in most of our favorite airlne programs like american, british airways etc.
we personally use our AADVANTAGE credit card and also   diners club.

wich i could offer more  help. we suggest all readers stay away from other non airline points programs.
