Answer Hi Harry:
My profile listed expertise is global travel. This does NOT include such as local bus. With that said consider:
In-country local bus and/or train routes, fees etc. are often easily found with web research. When we traveled by bus throughout Spain I found schedules and some prices via extensive web research. Local Mexico bus service may be a hard web search nut to crack BUT this is the way to go.
ALso, try emailing local Mexico tourist offices or even a few local Mexican travel agencies.
