Answer
Greetings Kamal:

We enjoyed our recent first time visit to Toronto last month.

As strange as  it may sound we have been flying around the globe for free these past five years including flights to Moscow and Israel/Egypt/Jordan. So, our specialty is not  purchasing of lowest priced tickets.

I've seen flights from NY at about $1000 U.S. but nothing  in your $1000 CDN range. If you could leave from NY you might get your hands on a Sunday NY Times and/or LA Times and check their super, best in the U.S. Travel sections which list many  air consolidators in small mini sized ads, so read carefully. Otherwise diligent and persistant web research may turn up the right ticket.

Sorry I can't offer the answer you need. Good luck. Steve T.
