Question
I am a very young 36 year old, married with two children, girl who's 8 and boy who's 5.  I am a real estate agent and full-time mom.  If I could go tomarrow I would go to manhattan or any place seaside in europe.  I've been trying to find a seaside villa with it's own pool and view and close to town.  I also like to take advantage of any opportunity to do something incredible.  Like go to an Oprah taping, hang out with the SNL crew, or even go to a NY fashion show.  Thank you for giving any advice.

Boy, would I like to pick your brain.  I love to travel but can't afford it.  Please tell me some of your tricks.  Just the thought of meeting new and exciting people is overwhelming.  Thanks for any advice.

Fortunately, you found www.allexpertsbrainpicking.com

Our many three month trips have afforded us marvelous opportunities to not only meet people around the world but also the luxury of spending quality in-depth time to emmerse in other cultures. Just love it!

Okay, before diving in  it would help to know a bit about
YOU. Things like age, family, kids, work and general income. What are your travel interests vis a vis top 2-3 places you would travel to tomorrow if you could go anywhere.

My next reply will refer you to an in-depth article I wrote for allexpert questioners. Based on your particular circumstances I may wisht to offer a comment or two on how best to use that info. Steve T.

Answer
Hi Cynthia:
Thanks for the additional stats. At arms length I can offer, at best, good general advice for such as Free domestic and global travel. On the 'up' side of the equation you have two incomes which makes Free travel that much easier to achieve.

Here's my Free travel article Blog:

www.cheapskatetravel.blogspot.com

Let me know if you have any specific questions regarding any aspects of the article.

Let me emphasize American's super 'extra' that offers one flying to New York, for example, that second Free flight to virtually any U.S. lower 48 destination.

We recently spent six weeks exploring Spain and Portugal.
I would suggest you look to the Costa Del Sol, southern Spain seaside resort areas, for best deals on such as an affordable seaside villa. We stayed in Nerja, a British vacation enclave seaside town and it was lovely.

My favorites, hands down, are the Greek islands but no where close to the deals available in Spain.

We've found that Free travel to such as Europe, Australia, South America, Africa etc. makes the land portion cost of these trips affordable. Hopefully, this will also become a part of your future travel mode.

For now, Happy Travels...Steve Tanenbaum
