Question Hey Leah! I bought a new cage for my budgies that is 25, 21, 22 in dimensions. My budgie only laid 1 egg and it was supposed to lay one yesterday, but still no more eggs. What's up?
Answer Egg laying is not an exact science. They normally lay every other day, but especially if its their first clutch, they can have a slightly off pattern. Or they might only have one or two at first. Must pairs have about three the first clutch. I wouldn't worry about it yet
