Question
male and female are both common colour green budgie wiith yellow head. Does this mean all their baby will be too?

Answer
Hello Laura.
Common budgies (green) always carry the dominant gene. No matter if you have a blue and a green. Or a yellow and a green. Or whatever. The genes will always be in favor of the green.

So if you put two dominant genes together, you will only get dominant colors. Only greens.

Hope I Helped!
