Question
please help me! i don't know if my budgie is pregnant or not. She is female and i have had her for three years. She has a male friend in her cage she is very close to and the other male she is not and she has a lump low down near her legs thats sort of puffy i guess but doesn't look too sore. i don't know if it is pregnancy or not?

Birds to not show pregnancy like mammals. A female bird can and will lay eggs without a partner of the opposite sex, they are only fertile if a male has succesfully mated to her. If she has a lump, she could possibly be egg bound, a very serious condition. You would need to have her checked by a qualified vet to properly have her treated.
