Can a parakeet have ADHD? cause my parakeet Ozzie, cannot sit still and squawks like crazy! its mostly that he can't sit still but..i was just wondering

I've never heard nor read anything that says a parrot can have ADHD. Parakeets are naturally very active birds. Excessive squawking usually indicates something is amiss in the bird's environment. If you want to provide more details, I might be able to assist further.
