Hi!!!

Our bird laid four eggs.(she has a mate) i candled them and you can see that it is dark in half the egg and you can also see little veins running through the egg. im hoping this means that they are fertile. the female sits on them all day long. i was wondering if the female knows they are fertile so she will continue sitting on them.

Thank you for your help. Anything else i should know?

I'm sorry I'm late answering your question.  I was in the hospital and was released yesterday.

Sounds like these eggs are fertile.  Yes, your female knows what to do and she knows if they are fertile or not.
