Where there be a movie from the TV series? We can't let Buffy end the way it did or even ANGEL

Joss Whendon actually did continue the buffy season in comics, with Season 8 in the buffy comics dealing with Buffy and Co. and how they operate with thousands of slayers around the world. Very interesting with plenty of character developments! Currently on sale now.

The Angel series is currently doing a run of comics called 'After the Fall" which details what happened after that last scene in Angel. Spike also got a spin-off in comics as well. On sale as well.

As for a movie, Joss Whendon has been busy with the comics, and with the success of his movie "Serenity" based on the "firefly" tv series which was cancelled, there was talk of a buffy movie. However, I suspect that the only evolution of Buffy will be through comics. Unfortunately.

Unless he decides to revive the series with Dawn and Faith.....
