How Old Is The Master?

Unfortunately, Joss never gives us an exact number.  

In his notes on the script for the first episode, he gives us the Master's human name, Heinrich Joseph Nest, and says that he is around 600 years old.  

This presents a problem however, because in 1609 when he turns Darla he would only be around 200, so he shouldn't have "grown past the curse of human features" by that point.  (Darla is almost 400 by the first episode, after all, and she still looks completely human.)  Unless there's just something special about him and he grew ugly very early in his existence as a vampire.

So the answer to your question is that we don't know for sure, and the only number Joss has ever given us is around 600, which seems young for him to look the way he does, but is unfortunately the only answer we have.
